| Bio: | out with old and in with the new.
i'm not going to count calories. i will instead focus on if i'm hungry, what food is good for me, and the reasons behind my eating.
i'm not going to beat myself up for eating something 'bad', i'll accept the fact that i'm a teenager who wants to have a social life which often involves eating.
i will go to zumba 3 times a week.
i will think positive thoughts about myself.
i'm a teenage girl, so i like to talk a lot. some of my entries aren't necessarily 'diet' related. if you don't want to read it you don't have to but comments are always much appreciated.
